  • We recommend a peep toe soft leather or sock style shoe, with ankle support and a stiletto between 3.5-4 inches high. Lace up shoes tend to have more ankle support but it’s not necessary if the shoe is form fitting. Avoid platforms, pointed toes, chunky heels, kitten heels and sandals. Wearing socks with your heels may give you extra comfort.

  • Anything you feel comfortable and confident in, as long as it’s flexible and breathable to dance in (jeans and other stiff materials are not recommended). Certain technique programs may request form fitting attire.

  • Appropriate attire, shoes, water, towel, deodorant, and most importantly… yourself :)

  • If you are unsure which level would best suit you, please email us requesting placement with the following:

    1. You may submit up to 3 videos.

    2. These videos must be full body.

    3. If there are other individuals featured in your video, kindly indicate your position and outfit to identify yourself clearly.
