  • We recommend a peep toe soft leather or sock style shoe, with ankle support and a stiletto between 3.5-4 inches high. Lace up shoes tend to have more ankle support but it’s not necessary if the shoe is form fitting. Avoid platforms, pointed toes, chunky heels, kitten heels and sandals. Wearing socks with your heels may give you extra comfort.

  • Anything you feel comfortable and confident in, as long as it’s flexible and breathable to dance in (jeans and other stiff materials are not recommended). Certain technique programs may request form fitting attire.

  • Appropriate attire, shoes, water, towel, deodorant, and most importantly… yourself :)

  • Description text goes here
  • We have a Dropbox link that will be sent out to program students giving access to all footage of material (exercises, choreography, class videos). If you miss a class you are required to learn the material prior to the next class. If you are unable to learn yourself via video, don’t stress, we also offer private class bookings to get you caught up and feeling confident!

  • ● Please show up to class 15 mins early for check in, class starts on time. ● Pay attention to your instructor, and avoid distracting others

    ● Raise your hand if you have a question, and listen to your peers if they are posing a question.

    ● Water breaks will be given, but if you need to drink water while the instructor is teaching, please do so quietly and quickly without disrupting other dancers.

    ● Try to use the washroom before and after class to avoid disruption, unless in an emergency.

    ● Filming time may be allocated at the end of class, please wait until instructions have been given before filming yourself.

    ● Phones away and on silent.

    ● Be encouraging to your peers, this is a supportive space.

    ● Keep speech volume at an indoor level, as we are in a shared space.

    ● Don’t stand too close to other dancers, make sure everyone has enough space to move comfortably and see themselves in the mirror.

    ● Actively participate to the best of your abilities.
